【目的/意义】针对用户在社交网络中以发布状态更新来向好友和联系人们表达他们的信息需求的SMQA行为,分析在线信息搜寻背景下的SMQA行为。【方法/过程】采用访谈形式对55位参与者进行了深度访谈,首先了解参与者使用SMQA的频率,随后研究信息需求的类型,使用社交网络进行信息搜寻的主要原因以及选择回答来自社交网络上朋友的提问的动机。【结果/结论】用户在选择信息搜寻方式时,会将信息需求的特殊性和自己对社交网络好友的情感因素考虑在内。

【Purpose/significance】According to the SMQA behavior of people to express their information needs to friends and other people in the social network,this paper analyzes the SMQA behavior in the context of online information search.【Method/process】This study conducts an in-depth interview with 55 participants.Firstly,we understand the participants using SMQA frequency through the interview.Then we explore the types of information needs,the main reasons for using the social network to search and the motivations for users to answer the questions from the friends on the social network.【Result/conclusion】Among the reasons for adopting social media for information seeking,the particularity of information needs and the emotional factors from social contacts both play important roles.
