摘要
【目的/意义】信息化时代对大学生网络信息查寻行为产生了冲击同时也提出了挑战,全面把握大学生网络信息查寻行为研究至关重要。【方法/过程】本研究以大学生网购信息查寻行为作为研究视角,利用扎根理论得出影响其信息查寻行为的12个关键因素,并基于假设,通过问卷调查开展实证研究。【结果/结论】本研究验证了相关假设并提出大学生网络信息查询行为模型,其中模型有效拓展了人际网络和客服系统两个因素,并结合当前大学生现状及研究结论提出对策及展望。
【Purpose/significance】The era of Information has impact on the college students' online information seeking behavior,also poses a challenge.The research of college students' online information search behavior research is crucial.【Method/process】Takingcollege students'online information seeking behavior as the research angle and according to the Grounded Theory.This paperconcludes 12 key influencing factors which influence the information seeking behavior.Then based on the hypothesis designs the questionaires combine with empirical research.【Result/conclusion】This study verified the assumptions and put forward the model of college students'online information seeking behavior,the model is effective to expand the two factors:interpersonal network and customer service system.Finally,with the current status of college students and research conclusion,the paper put forward countermeasures and prospect.
