全天龙补阳还五汤治疗中风偏瘫疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Apoplectic Hemiplegia Treated by Quantianlong Buyang Huanwu Decoction

目的:观察全天龙补阳还五汤治疗中风偏瘫患者的疗效。方法:107例分为对照组53例及观察组54例,两组均给予常规康复训练,对照组加用脑血康片口服,观察组加用全天龙补阳还五汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组96.30%,对照组79.25%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);NIHSS评分观察组降幅低于对照组,FMA评分及Barthel指数评分观察组提高幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全天龙补阳还五汤治疗中风偏瘫效果确切,能够改善神经和肢体功能。

Objective： Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on apoplectic hemiplegia treated by Quantianlong Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Method： 107 cases were divided into 2 groups, 53 cases in the control group and 54 cases in the observation group. Both groups were given common rehabilitation. The control group were treated with Naoxuekang Tablets by oral administration in addition while the observation group were treated with Quantianlong Buyang Huanwu Decoction in addition. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30% while that of the control group was 79.25% （ P〈0.05 ） . The amplitude of NIHSS score decreased and FMA score and Barthel index increased of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Quantianlong Buyang Huanwu Decoction has exact effect on apoplectic hemiplegia, which could improve the function of nerves and limbs.
