蒲黄颗粒抗小鼠前列腺增生实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察蒲黄颗粒对小鼠前列腺增生模型的影响。方法:75只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、BPH造模组、舍尼通对照组、蒲黄低剂量组、蒲黄高剂量组各15只,除正常对照组外,其他组皮下注射丙酸睾丸素制造前列腺增生模型。舍尼通对照组灌胃舍尼通,蒲黄低剂量组灌胃低剂量蒲黄颗粒,蒲黄高剂量组灌胃高剂量蒲黄颗粒,均连续30天。第52天处死小鼠,测定各组前列腺湿质量及血清睾酮含量。结果:小鼠前列腺湿质量及血清睾酮含量舍尼通对照组和蒲黄低剂量组均显著低于造模组(P<0.05),舍尼通对照组与蒲黄低剂量组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);小鼠前列腺湿质量及血清睾酮含量蒲黄高剂量组显著低于舍尼通对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蒲黄颗粒对丙酸睾酮所致的小鼠前列腺增生具有一定的抑制作用,其作用机制可能与降低血清睾酮水平有关。 Objective: To observe the effect of Puhuang Granule on benign prostatic hyperplasia of the mice model. Method: 75 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, mice benign prostate hyperplasia group, Cernihon group ( 75mg · kg · d^-1 ) , low dose of Puhuang Granule group ( 30mg· kg · d^-1 ) and high dose of Puhuang Granule group ( 150mg· kg · d^-1) .Experimental benign prostatic hyperplasia model was established by subcutaneous injecting of testosterone propionate ( 5mg· kg · d^-1 ) consecutively for 21 days. Each group was daily given the corresponding medicine through gastric perfusion for 30 days. The wet weight of prostate and the content of serum testosterone in mice were determined. Result : Compared with that of mice benign prostate hyperplasia group, the wet weight of prostate and serum testosterone in the Cernihon group and low dose of Puhuang granule were significantly lower ( P〈0.05 ) .The difference between Cernilton group and low dose of Puhuang granule group was not significant ( P〉0.05 ) .However, the wet weight of prostate and serum testosterone in the high dose of Puhuang granule group was significantly higher than that of Cernilton group ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Puhuang granule could inhibit the growth of the prostate and the mechanism may be related to reduction of serum testosterone.
