长蛇灸联合中药治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

目的:观察长蛇灸联合中药治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:54例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组27例用长蛇灸联合中药治疗,对照组27例只用中药治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组88.89%、对照组62.96%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长蛇灸联合中药治疗强直性脊柱炎临床效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of long snake moxibustion combined with Chinese herbs in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Method ： 54 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 27 cases were treated with long snake moxibustion combined with Chinese herbs as the treatment group while 27 cases were treated with Chinese herbs by oral administration. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89% while that of the control group was 62.96%. The curative effect of treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group. Conclusion： long snake moxibustion combined with Chinese herbs has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
