头针配合电针治疗椎间盘源性腰痛临床观察

目的:观察头针配合电针治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组予以电针夹脊穴治疗,治疗组予以头针配合电针治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组93.3%、对照组83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头针配合电针治疗椎间盘源性腰痛疗效较好。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of discogenic low back pain. Method： 60 cases of lumbar discogenic pain patients were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random. The control group were treated with electroacupuncture treatment while the treatment group received scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatment. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% while that of the control group was 83.3%. The curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture has good curative effect on discogenic low back pain.
