针刀整体松解术治疗原发性痛经临床观察

Clinical Observation on Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated by Whole Acupotomy Dissolution

目的:观察针刀整体松解术治疗原发性痛经(PD)的临床效果。方法:58例随机分为观察组与对照组各29例。观察组用针刀整体松解术治疗,对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),VAS疼痛评分改善观察组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:针刀整体松解术治疗PD疗效显著,改善疼痛效果优于常规药物治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on primary dysmenorrhea （PD） treated with whole acupotomy dissolution. Method： 58 cases were divided into observation group and control group evenly in random. The observation groupwere treated with whole acupotomy dissolution while the control group were treated with oral ibuprofen. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05） . The improvement of VAS pain score of the observation group was superior to that of the control group （P〈0.01） .Conclusion： Whole acupotomy dissolution has significant therapeutic effect on PD, superior to conventional drug treatment in pain improvement.
