摘要 在美国积极推进STEM教育改革进程中,"变革方程"作为非党派、非盈利性的第三方组织,扮演了极其重要的角色,架起了政府推进、企业支持的合作桥梁。"变革方程"构建了STEM课程项目数据库,提供丰富的K-12阶段优质STEM项目资源,制定了STEM项目的设计原则与评价量规,基于对需求与受众的明确指向,辅以持续监控的评估体系,推动优质STEM课程项目资源的动态生成,保证项目实施的有效性、企业进行项目投资的有效性与项目推广的长效机制的建立。"变革方程"提供了基于网络的资源共享平台,共享经过独立机构评估的优质资源,避免资源重复建设,为STEM教育实践者提供课程项目案例模板,引导企业合理投资,构成涵盖校内校外以及教育系统内外,和谐共生的STEM教育生态系统,推进STEM教育的开展。为我国推进STEM课程资源的建设与共享,促进多方力量共同推动STEM教育发展提供了有益借鉴。 With the demand and training of innovative talents of science and technology, more and more countries realize that STEM education will become the fulcrum of leveraging the development of the world. In the United States actively promote the process of STEM education reform, "change the equation" as a third party organization, played a very important role, set up the government to promote education reform and business support Cooperation Bridge. The "change the equation" provides a wealth of STEM project resources, standardizing the design principles and evaluation gauges of the STEM project, and mobilizing social forces to optimize the allocation of educational resources. These initiatives for our country to promote STEM curriculum resources construction and sharing, inclusive of multi-party forces to promote the development of STEM education provides a useful reference.
