基于效用函数的煤矿安全资源冗余配置优化研究

摘要 为了应对复杂多变的生产环境,保证安全生产,煤矿会保持一定的安全资源冗余。针对煤矿安全资源冗余的最优配置问题,首先通过引入效用函数,确定煤矿的安全效用函数;其次将煤矿安全资源冗余作为决策变量,煤矿安全效用最大化作为目标函数,以煤矿安全水平及资源冗余总量作为约束条件,构建煤矿安全资源冗余配置模型;最后通过实证分析验证模型的有效性。研究结果对提高煤矿安全效用与安全水平具有重要的现实意义。 In order to adapt the complex and changeable production environment and ensure the production safety,coal mines need to maintain a certain safety resource redundancy. With the attempts to solve the optimal allocation of coal mine safety resources redundancy,firstly, the coal mine safety utility function was identified by introducing the utility function. Then an allocation model of coal mine safety resources redundancy was established through coal mine safety resource redundancy as the decision variable, mine safety utility maximization as function, and coal mine safety level and the total amount of resources redundancy as constraints. Finally, case study shows the validity of efficiency optimal model, which shows important practical significance to improve the safety utility and safety level of coal mine.
