摘要 采用PFS混凝沉淀+铁碳内电解+Fenton氧化预处理老龄垃圾渗滤液,研究了各单个反应的最佳运行条件,结果表明:PFS混凝沉淀在p H值为4.0,投加量为400 mg/L时,对垃圾渗滤液COD的去除率达到50%以上;对出水直接铁碳内电解反应,在V(Fe)/V(C)为1∶1时,对COD的去除率大于50%,色度的去除率大于70%;将铁碳内电解后的渗滤液调节p H值至4.0,投加H_2O_2形成fenton试剂,当H_2O_2的投加量为1.0 m L/L,对COD的去除率可以达到40%左右。整个工艺运行效果稳定,成本低廉,是一种有效的处理老龄垃圾渗滤液预处理工艺。 The optimum operating conditions of PFS coagulation sedimentation + iron-carbon internal electrolysis + fenton oxidation pretreatment of aged landfill leachate were studied. The results showed that when PFS coagulation sedimentation at p H 4.0, dosage 400 mg/L, the COD removal rate of the landfill leachate was above 50%. When the Fe/C volume ratio was 1 ∶ 1,the COD removal rate was above 50%, and the chroma removal was above 70%. The removal rate of COD was about 40% when the dosage of H_2O_2 was 1.0 m L/L.The removal rate of COD was about 40%, when the p H value of leachate after iron electrolysis was adjusted to 4.0, with H_2O_2 added to form fenton reagent. The whole process is stable in operation and low in cost, which is an effective treatment for aged landfill leachate pretreatment.
