基于中医传承辅助平台的中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的用药规律分析

Regularity analysis of Chinese drugs for COPD based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system

目的应用中医传承辅助平台软件,分析和总结中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库及维普数据库(VIP)中中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)方剂的组方用药规律,为临床治疗COPD提供参考依据。方法收集中医药治疗COPD的文献,筛选出符合标准的方剂并建立数据库,应用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)软件中集成的数据挖掘方法,分析方剂中中药用药规律。结果分析筛选出的主治COPD的方剂337首,对数据库的方剂进行分析,共涉及中药255味,确定了方中药物使用的频次,得出使用频次较高的药物,得到治疗COPD常用药物组合23个,常用药物规则11组,挖掘出15个新处方。结论通过中医传承辅助平台可对COPD方剂数据进行分析,明确近年来治疗COPD的用药规律。

Objective To analyze and summarize regularity of Chinese drugs prescriptions for COPD through traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） inheritance support system. These prescriptions were from CNKI,Wangfang Data,VIP,to provide reference basis for clinically treating COPD.Methods The literatures about Chinese drugs for COPD were collected and the prescriptions up to standard were selected to establish database. The data mining methods integrated in TCM inheritance support system V2.5 was used to analyze the regularity of these prescriptions.Results 337 prescriptions were found for COPD,the prescriptions in the database were analyzed,and 225 kinds of Chinese medicines were used in the prescriptions. Besides,using frequency of Chinese medicines was determined and the medicines with higher using frequency were found. 23 kinds of Chinese compositions commonly used for COPD were found,11 groups of medicines rules were commonly used,15 new prescriptions were found. Conclusions TCM inheritance support system could help with analysis of COPD prescriptions and determine the drug regularity of treatment for COPD.
