我国医疗联合体运行模式包括集团化模式、委托代管模式、院办院管模式、医疗协作模式、联合兼并模式、股份制合作模式等。但无论采用哪种模式,目前医疗联合体在实施过程中普遍存在概念不明确、缺乏配套政策及监督管理机制不完善、缺乏协调机制、社会对医疗联合体的认知不足等诸多问题。政府应正确定位角色,建立健全协调、监督、评价机制,并采取加大对基层医疗机构支持力度、建立信息共享平台等措施,确保医疗联合体工作取得切实成效。

In China, medical alliances operation modes includes group mode, entrusted mode, hospital build and manage mode, medical cooperation mode, merge mode, joint-stock cooperation mode. At present, medical alliances have many problems in the process of implementation, such as lac concept is confusing, lack of supporting policy and management mechanism, lack of coordination mechanism and social cognition of medical alliances is insufficient. The government should correctly position the role, establish and improve the coordination, supervision and evaluation mechanisms, and take measures to increase support for primary health care institutions, establish information sharing platform and other measures to ensure that medical alliances work achieve effective results.
