摘要
将浸胶单板再干燥后,开口陈化不同时间再制备重组木,探讨单板开口陈化时间对重组木性能的影响。结果表明:随着陈化时间的延长,单板表面胶黏剂的重均分子量增大,预固化度增加;对重组木的吸水厚度和宽度膨胀率有显著影响,耐水性能降低,但力学性能可基本保持不变。
The authors made scrimber samples with impregnated veneer at different open assembly times (10 d, 30 d, 90 d) after re-drying to evaluate how open assembly time affected the properties of the scrimber samples. The results showed that when the open assembly time was extended, molecular weights of PF resin applied to the veneers were increased. Thickness and width swelling values of the samples increased significantly while water resistance decreased. No significant effects on their mechanical properties were observed.
