摘要
热冲压整合传统冲压技术与热处理工艺,精确设计材料参数和加热方式,在模具内发生材料相变进而获得优良的产品性能;其成形工序少,可一次成形工件并保证制件尺寸精度,获得高强度制件。介绍了硼钢热冲压成形技术的研究及开发现状,主要分析了硼钢热冲压成形的工艺参数和涂层选择,探讨了热冲压模具材料及冷却水道结构。
Producing high strength steel components with desired properties by hot stamping requires integrated knowledge of materials thermal deformation and forming procedures. High strength & high precise parts can be produced within one step by hot stamping. In this article, the research state on boron steel hot stamping technological process, heating process and coating selection, die structure and water flow channel are reviewed.
