摘要 随着数控技术产业的迅猛发展,国内高职院校大多设置了数控技术专业。但在专业课程教学上普遍存在着实践能力培养不足、双师型教师缺乏、教学投入不足等问题,导致人才培养难以满足企业需求。因此,必须及时更新教育教学理念,增强学生参与实践教学的自主性;合理选择企业真实产品作为教学载体,在企业"真实任务"驱动下实施职场化教学模式,不仅有利于教学资源的充分、合理利用,提高教学管理水平和促进师资队伍整体建设,更有利于高素质技术技能型人才的培养。 With the rapid development of CNC technology industry,most of the domestic higher vocational colleges have set up numerical control technology specialty. However, there are some problems in the teaching of specialized courses such as lack of practical ability, dual teachers and teaching input,these can not meet the needs of enterprises.Therefore, we must renew the educational teaching idea in time,enhance the autonomy of students' participation, choose the real product of the enterprise as the teaching carrier reasonably,under the "real task" driven by enterprises to implement of workplace teaching model,that will not only conducive to the full and rational use of teaching resources,improve the teaching management level and promote the overall construction of teaching staff, and conducive to high-quality skilled technical personnel training.
