基于配变监测的配网状态监测系统建设研究

随着配网规模的发展以及配电设备质量的迅速提升,配网设备定期检修模式已不适应电网及设备的管理要求。通过对配变监测系统、调度自动化系统、配网设备状态检修、在线监测系统获取状态量信息,结合状态量的长期发展趋势,输出特征状态量,同时根据扣分值的具体情况,输出状态量告警信息。通过本项目的研究,能够为"配网状态检测系统"提供在线监测状态量的数据支持,为在线监测状态量提供在线告警,提高配网状态检修的工作效率及最终提高供电可靠性。

With the development of distribution network scale ana me raplu p equipment quality,the periodic maintenance mode of distribution network equipment cannot meet the management requirements of power grid and equipment.Huangshan Power Supply Company obtains quantity of state information from distribution monitoring system, dispatching automation system ,on-line monitoring system for quantity of maintenance of distribution network equipment status ,combined with long-term development trend of quantity of state, output characteristic quantity of state, and also gives out concrete alarm information in line with concrete condition of deduction value.Through the research of this program,it can provide data support for the on-line monitoring quantity of state for the network status detection system,provide on-line alarm for the online monitoring quantity of state ,improve the work efficiency of the distribution network state maintenance and finally improve the reliability of power supply.
