五年一贯制教育作为我国高等职业教育改革的一种重要形式,自实践以来,逐渐成为培养各行业高技能应用型人才的重要途径。高等职业教育需要适应社会经济的快速发展,进一步深化改革,充分挖掘和利用五年一贯制教育优势。要结合学生特点,以市场和就业需求为导向,改变教育模式,培养具有良好的综合素质、较高的职业素养和过硬的专业技能的应用型人才。此文分析和研究五年一贯制教育培养模式,探讨改进和完善其培养机制、教学模式和管理机制。

As one of the important forms of higher vocational education reform in our country,five-year higher vocational education has become an important way to cultivate high-skilled application talents in all indusries. Higher vocational education needs to adapt to the rapid development of social economy,further deepen the reform ,fully excavate and utilize the advantage of five year higher vocational education.We should combine characteristics of students, take market and employment needs as the guide, change the mode of education and cultivate applied talents with good comprehensive quality ,high professional quality and professional skill.This paper analyzes and studies the training mode of five year higher vocational education ,and discusses the improvement and perfection of its training mechanism, teaching model and management mechanism.
