New employee is the new blood of enterprise development and the pillar resource for enterprise sustainable development,whose knowledge, ability and skill will be important components of enterprise's future core competitive power.The new employee training is the first and last opportunity for enterprises to direct the employee to the enterprisers desired path.The people-oriented new employee management mode will help trainees to set up the sense of belonging to the enterprise at an early date, understand the core values of the enterprise, cultivate the enterprise spirit, take on enterprise mission, stand firmly for enterprise philosophy ,plan their career paths early, stimulate their internal potential, and lay a good foundation for great enterprise persons.
