In the train control system for passenger dedicated lines,the state of track occupancy or clear is judged only by the state of the main track without considering the condition of small track.When the small track is broken or failure,it may cause traffic accidents.The paper analyzes the various operating scenarios,and proposes the accidents prevention solution by adding the condition of small track in the logic of train control center.
