摘要
泉薯19是泉州市农业科学研究所育成的甘薯新品种,于2014年通过福建省农作物品种审定。该品种具有产量高、淀粉含量较高、食味品质好和抗病等优良性状,适于福建省作为鲜薯食用和淀粉加工品种推广应用,2016年在福建省示范推广约0.17伊104hm2。该文简要阐述了泉薯19的主要特征特性及无公害栽培技术,旨在为其生产应用提供参考。
Quanshu 19 was the new cuhivar bred by Quanzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences, which was approved by Fujian Crop Variety Identification Committee in 2014. The good character of Quanshu 19 was high yield, high starch content, good taste and disease-resistance. It was suitable for fresh-eating and starch-processing. Its extending area in Fujian was about 0.17×10^4hm^2 in 2016. A brief description of main characteristics and pollution-free cultivation techniques of Quanshul9 were given in this paper in order to provide reference for its application.
