通过分析玉米亲本种子需要提纯和定向改良的原因,分别介绍了新技术如:穗行提纯法、快速提纯法、单倍体提纯法、常规回交选育法、压力选择法和分子标记定向改良法等在玉米亲本种子提纯与定向改良方面的应用。

Through analyzing the reason of the purification and directional improvement of maize parent seeds, the application of new technology such as ear row purification, rapid purification, haploid purification, conventional backcross breeding method, pressure selection method and molecular marker orientation improvement method in maize parent seed purification and orientation improvement were introduced.
