市域经济发展差异对新型城镇化的影响分析——以安徽为例

An Analysis of the Impact of Urban Economic Development Differences on New Urbanization——A Case Study of Anhui

2017年,中国进入了第十三个"五年规划"发展的新阶段,以"五大发展理念"引领和检验新型城镇化建设成为必然要求。文章以安徽这一区域作为研究对象,从市域经济层面,对安徽各地级市经济发展差异现状以及对新型城镇化的影响进行分析,得出结论:经济发展中不能一味追求GDP,还要注重经济发展的质量,市域经济发展差异要求必须走统筹全局协调发展的新型城镇化之路;新型城镇化建设要坚持协调、绿色的发展理念;在新型城镇化建设中,各地应该根据自身情况调整产业结构、注重绿色发展,转变发展方式,逐步缩小地区间经济社会发展差异。

Abstract： In 2017, China has entered a new stage of development for the 13rd ＂five-year plan＂, so it has be- come an inevitable requirement to guide and test the new-type urbanization with the ＂five development concepts＂. This paper analyzes the impact of economic development differences on new urbanization in Anhui Province from the perspective of the urban economic level and differences in the economic development of urban regions across An- hui. As is found, the economic development should not blindly for GDP; while due attention should be paid to the quality of economic development. In view of urban economic development differences across the province, The road of overall and coordinated development for the new-type urbanization should be taken as required. And in the new urbanization construction, efforts should be made to adhere to the concept of coordination and green development, to encourage various localities to adjust their industrial structures according to their own situations, to heed the green development, to change the development mode, and to gradually narrow the differences in economic and so- cial development among regions.
