电子输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾下盏结石的临床应用 被引量:10

摘要 泌尿系结石属临床多发病,肾结石占38%~50%,其中肾下盏结石约为35%,肾下盏结石由于肾盏解剖结构、结石位置等因素,行体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)后的结石清除率低,临床治疗困难[1]。随着电子输尿管软镜的出现和发展,为肾下盏结石的治疗提供了新的微创处理模式。我科2013年11月至2016年12月使用电子输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石术治疗肾下盏结石26例,效果满意,现报告如下。
