中药“肾痿复方”对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及生存质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Shenwei Compound on the Renal Function and Life Quality of the Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨中药"肾痿复方"对糖尿病肾病患者肾功能和生存质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年4月于四川大学华西医院门诊就诊,且符合纳入标准的糖尿病肾病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为中药组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,中药组患者在常规西医治疗基础上,根据中医辨证施治加用中药"肾痿复方"加减方治疗。两组患者均进行临床观察12周,分别于治疗前、治疗后检测患者肾功能,并采用生存质量测定量表简表对两组患者进行生存质量评估,比较两组患者生存质量情况。结果中药组患者治疗后肾功能有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组患者在生存质量主观感受、社会关系领域、心理领域评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药"肾痿复方"可以改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能,并在主观感受、社会关系、心理健康方面改善糖尿病肾病患者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） Shenwei Compound on the renal function and life quality of the patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 diabetic nephropathy patients treated in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January of 2016 to April of 2017 and meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into the TCM group and control group, and each group consisted of 40 cases. The control group was treated with the conventional Western medicine, while the TCM group was given the TCM Shenwei Compound according to the TCM syndrome differentiation besides the conventional Western medicine. The two groups were under clinical observation for 12 weeks. The renal function of all the patients was measured before and after treatment and the life quality of each group was evaluated by the life quality scale and compared between the two groups. Results The renal function improved significantly in the TCM group after treatment （P〈0.05）. The scores of subjective feelings, social relationships and psychological domains in the TCM group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The TCM Shenwei Compound improves the renal function of the patients with diabetic nephropathy and their life quality in the subjective feelings, social relationships and mental health.
