摘要
目的筛选影响成都市老年人群医养结合养老需求的相关因素。方法采用现场问卷调查的方式随机对成都市城镇居民进行调查,并采用二分类logistic回归分析对数据进行统计分析。结果影响成都市老年人群医养结合养老需求的相关因素为:对医疗月支出费用的承担能力(P=0.007,B=-0.859,OR=0.423)。结论成都市老年人对医疗月支出费用的承担能力直接影响其对医养结合养老模式需求的意愿。
Objective To Screen the relevant influence factors of the demands for the new pattern of the combination of medical care and support for the aged in Chengdu. Methods The on-site questionnaire was used to survey the urban residents of Chengdu city randomly, and the statistic results were analyzed by binary logistic regression. Results The influence factor of the demands for the combination of medical care and support for the aged in Chengdu was the affordability of monthly medical expenses （P = 0. 007, B =-0. 859, OR = 0. 423）. Conclusion The affordability of monthly medical expenses directly affect the willingness of the demands for the combination of medical care and support for the aged in Chengdu.
