视听结合分散法结合无痛麻醉仪在乳牙牙髓治疗中的应用

The Application of Audiovisual Distraction Eyewear Combined with Computerized Delivery System of Anesthesia in the Pulp Therapy of Primary Teeth

目的观察视听结合分散法结合口腔无痛麻醉仪对儿童牙科牙髓治疗的麻醉效果。方法选取2016年8-12月于四川省人民医院就诊需要局部麻醉下进行乳牙牙髓治疗的儿童共136例,随机分为试验组(n=69)及对照组(n=67)。试验组以视听结合分散法结合无痛麻醉仪对其进行局部麻醉,对照组观看电视结合无痛麻醉仪对其进行局部麻醉。治疗过程中监测患者血压(BP)、心率(HR)及血氧饱和度(SpO2),治疗前后进行改良中文版儿童牙科畏惧调查表(CFSS-DS)评分,治疗后进行Wong Baker笑脸疼痛量表评分。结果在操作过程中,试验组BP、HR、SpO2无明显变化(P>0.05);对照组在接受局部麻醉时,HR明显加快。治疗前后CFSS-DS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组间Wong Baker笑脸疼痛量表评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视听结合分散法结合无痛麻醉仪对乳牙牙髓治疗具有良好效果,无严重不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the application of audiovisual distraction eyewear combined with computerized delivery system of anesthesia in the pulp therapy of children＇s primary teeth. Methods 136 cases of children whose dental pulp were treated with local anesthesia from August to December of 2016 in Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital were selected and divided randomly into the experiment group and the control group. Both groups were treated with local anesthesia via computerized delivery system of anesthesia, but the experiment group was given the audiovisual distraction eyewear additionally while the control group was given the television program additionally. The blood pressure （BP）, heart rate （HR） and oxygen saturation （SpO2） were measured during operation, the Chinese version of the modified Children＇s Fear Survey Schedule-Dental Subscale （CFSS-DS） was used to score before and after treatment, and Wong Bakers＇ Faces Pain Scale was used after treatment. Results There were no significant changes in BP, HR and SpO2 in the experiment group during operation （P〈0.05）, while HR increased obviously during injection in the control group. There were no statistical differences in the CFSS-DS score before and after treatment （P〉0.05）, while there were statistical differences in the Wong Bakers＇ faces pain scale between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The audiovisual distraction eyewear combined with computerized delivery system of anesthesia has a satisfactory effect in the endodontic therapy of primary teeth without serious adverse reaction.
