目前河南在大数据应用开发上,还存在着思想认识、自主创新、产业基础、数据安全、资源共享、数据人才等方面问题,制约了大数据产业的发展,为此,要从深化改革、数据开放、技术研发、行业应用、体制创新等方面入手,多措并举推动河南大数据产业持续健康快速发展。

In the application and development of big data in Henan province, currently there are problems exist- ing in the aspects of ideology, independent innovation, industrial foundation, data security, resource sharing and data talents, which have restricted the development of big data industry.To this end, we should start from the aspects of deepening reform, data opening, technology so as to promote the sustainable,healthy and research and development, industrial fast development of big data industry appl in H 1cation, enan by mul system innovation, tiple measures.
