This paper focused on the integration nature of intermediary serviceplatform, discussed its role in sci- ence and technology intermediary service system; proposed the objectives and basic principles of the platform con- struction. The paper analyzed the function module design of science and technology intermediary service network platform on focus; Finally, we discussed the construction problem and strategy of the platform .
