互联网时代不仅改变着人们的思维、生活以及工作方式,同时也在很大程度上改变着图书馆的发展方式。本文探讨了互联网时代数字图书馆信息资源建设的策略,分析了网络环境下数字图书馆的信息资源服务,阐述了高素质智慧专业人才在互联网环境下数字图书馆服务创新中的突出优势,并指出了数字图书馆对智慧图书馆员的培养方向。

Internet era not only changes the ways of people＇ s thinking, living and working, but also influences the development mode of libraries to a great degree. This paper discussed the strategies of information resources con- struction of digital libraries in Internet era, analyzed the information resource services of digital libraries in Internet environment, elaborated the dominant advantages of high-quality intelligent professionals in the digital library ser- vice innovation in Internet environment, and pointed out the direction of the training of intelligent librarians in digi- tal libraries.
