高校教师信息素养培养中存在的问题及对策的若干思考

信息素养是信息时代人们最为重要的素养之一。教育现代化决定了高校教师群体必须有一定的信息素养。当前高校教师的信息意识极为薄弱,信息知识、信息能力缺乏,信息道德有待提高。应该完善高校教师群体信息素养培养政策,从培训走向发展;将信息素养的提升与专业相结合,提升高校教师群体的信息能力;充分发挥高校教师群体的主观能动性,使之能主动地运用信息技术。这样才能提高高校教师的信息素养。

Information literacy is one of the most important qualities in Information Age. It is deter- mined by education modernization that teachers in universities must have certain information literacy. At present university teachers have extremely weak information consciousness and lack information knowledge and information competence, and their information morality needs improving. The paper proposes that the policy for teachers＂ information literacy cultivation should be perfected. It also puts forward that the promo- tion of information literacy should be combined with profession so that the information competence of uni- versity teachers can be improved. What＇s more, bringing teachers＂ subjective initiatives into full play will make it possible for them to improve information literacy by making them actively apply information tech- nology.
