思想家荀子及语言学家索绪尔等都提到过"约定俗成"这一概念,但对于"约定"究竟在最初是怎么"俗成"的问题却鲜为人所探究。以人类对于内部世界的表达、表达所需的条件等外围问题为基础,通过阐释"约定俗成"所需的重要前提及意识焦点对"约定"与"俗成"过程中所起的关键作用,探讨并详细说明"约定俗成"最初的实现过程。

The great thinker Xunzi and linguist Saussure both mentioned the concept of ＂Established by usage＂ many years ago. However, the initial problem about ＂Established by usage＂ is rarely explored. Now based on the peripheral problem about human expression of the inner world and condition needed by expression, and by elaborating the important precondition and pivotal role of ＂consciousness focus＂, a detailed description of the implementation process of the initial ＂Established by usage＂ is made.
