学前教育专业男生职业认同及其培养摭谈——以甘肃省某本科院校为例 被引量:4

摘要 男幼师是幼儿教师队伍的有益补充,提高其职业认同有助于防止幼儿园男教师流失并对其专业发展具有积极意义。针对甘肃某高校学前教育专业男生在专业认知、职业情感、课程设置、职业声望等方面存在的问题,提出通过加强专业引领,深化专业认识;明晰培养目标、优化课程设置;强化实践教学,提高实践成效;加强政策支持,提升职业声望等途径来培养其职业认同。 Male preschool teacher is a useful complement to kindergarten teachers. To improve their professional identity helps to prevent the loss of male kindergarten teachers and has a positive meaning. As a response to the problem of professional cognition, professional emotion, curriculum-setting, occupational prestige, this study put forward some suggestions for cultivating their professional identity, such as strengthening the professional lead and career planning guidance, clarifying the training objectives of the boys and optimizing the curriculum, strengthening the training of practical skills, to improving the efficiency of the practice, to strengthen the policy support, promote occupational prestige, and so on.
