近代上海钱业领袖秦润卿不仅是一位成功的商人,而且在家庭教育方面对孙辈施策有方,为家族和社会培育出一批栋梁之材。从新整理出版的秦氏日记出发,以教育理念、教育方式、教育投入等角度考索秦润卿对孙辈的教育实践,通过近代宁波帮家族教育的这一缩影,呈现出宁波帮儒商的另一层面。

Qin Runqing, as the leader of banks in Shanghai in modern China, is not only a successful businessman, but also a good teacher for the grandchildren in family education, who cultivated a large number of pillars of the material for the family and society. This article, starting from the new edition of Qin＇s diary, tried to summarize the practice of Qin Runqing＇s education to grandchildren by the perspectives of educational philosophy, educational methods, educational investment and so on; and through the microcosm of this modern Ningbobang family educa- tion, which also showing a side of Ningbobang to help Confucianism.
