摘要
生物质灰中含有K、Ca等具有催化作用的碱金属元素,因此生物质灰对焦样的气化可能产生催化作用。在热重分析仪上进行了煤与生物质的掺混气化实验,通过生物质灰与煤焦共气化和对焦样进行脱灰处理研究了生物质灰对掺混气化的影响。研究结果表明,生物质灰对焦样的气化过程有催化作用,松灰比麦灰有更好的催化作用。脱灰会使焦样的气化反应性降低,从侧面反应了生物质灰的催化作用。
Biomass ash contains alkali metals such as K, Ca and so on. Therefore, it may have catalysis on the gasifi- cation of the biomass ash sample. Experiments of mixing and gasification of coal and biomass were carried out on a thermos -gravimetric analyzer, and the effects of biomass ash on the blended gasification were studied by CO gasifica- tion of the biomass ash with char and soot samples respectively. The results show that the biomass ash has a catalytic impact on the gasification process, and catalytic effect of pine ash is better than those of wheat ash. The removal of soot will reduce the gasification reactivity of the char.
