加强高速公路临时占道施工封闭措施

On Enhancing Measures of Temporary Construction Area in the Closed Expressway

本文根据交通运输部颁发的道路封闭标准及辽宁省高速公路管理局和辽宁省公安厅交管局联合制定的《辽宁省高速公路临时占道施工交通管制暂行规定》(以下简称《暂行规定》),提出高速公路临时占道施工封闭的内容、操作要求及管理措施。

Based on the closed road standard issued by Ministry of Transport of People＇s Republic of China, and Liaoning Province Expressway Traffic Control Provisional Regulation in Temporary Construction Area issued by The Transportation Department of Liaoning Province and Bureau of Public Security of Liaoning Province （Provisional Regulation for short）, content, operation requirements and management measures of temporary construction area in the expressway construction are proposed in the article.
