钛钢复合板界面硬度、剪切强度与退火热处理制度关系 被引量:4

摘要 爆炸焊接生产的金属复合板界面硬度偏高往往给后续加工、使用带来不利影响,针对此问题,通过在复合板等长的圆周位置分别进行取样试验,对不同退火热处理制度下钛钢复合板的界面显微硬度、剪切强度及其变化规律做了分析,发现随热处理温度的升高,钛钢界面硬度和剪切强度均呈现降低趋势,根据相关标准和试验数据,钛钢复合板退火热处理温度宜选择在540~580℃之间,既可有效降低硬度,又能保证复合板强度满足使用要求。 If the interfacial microhardness of the metal produced by explosive welding is too high,it will cause adverse effects on subsequent processing and using. For this problem,by performing sampling tests on the clad plate,the interfacial micro-hardness and shear strength of Ti-steel clad plate under different temper heat treatment systems were analyzed,and it was found that the interfacial hardness and shear strength of titanium steel showed a decreasing trend with the increase of heat treatment temperature.According to the relevant standards and the experimental data of this paper,Ti-steel clad plate temper heat treatment temperature should be selected between 540 ~ 580 ℃,which can effectively reduce the hardness and ensure the strength of the clad plate to meet the requirements.
