摘要
针对某机型GH141合金小环形件变形温度窄、温降快、易开裂、成形困难导致组织不均匀等问题进行分析,通过优化工艺及成形坯料缩短终轧整形时间,严格控制温降速度,最终获得组织和性能良好的锻件,对锻件截面不同部位的高倍组织进行了试验研究,证明锻件组织均匀性较好,工艺方案可行,为后续类似锻件的生产提供了理论和实践依据。
The study is about microstructure asymmetry of GH141 alloy miniature ring forgings,which were induced by low forming temperature and deformation and so on. Processing optimization may reduce the osculation time between ring forgings and rolls to control temperature reduction velocity that dynamic recrystallization occurred during the appropriate forming temperature,so as to gain the acceptable forgings structure and mechanical property. Then the trial-manufacture was implemented to validate processing feasibility and the microstructure experiment was performed to confirm the microstructure uniformity be achieved with the optimized processing. The conclusion of research can used to manufacture analogous products.
