摘要
为了能够在尽量短的时间内得到产品的品质信息,而且要保证这些信息是可靠的,采用加速寿命试验是一种合适的试验方法,通过研究在损伤失效率(TFR)模型下,Lomax分布在简单步进应力加速寿命试验下的极大似然估计以及基于渐进正态性的近似区间估计。通过Monte-Carlo模拟一批数据,经过计算得到参数的点估计和近似区间估计都在真值附近,而且使用步进应力加速寿命试验缩短了试验时间,达到了预期的目标。
This paper uses the step stress accelerated life testing for Lomax distribution to reduce the testing time and make sure of the accuracy of the data. Based on tampered failure rate( TFR) model,this paper discusses the failure mode of step stress accelerated life testing for Lomax distribution based on complete sample and type I censoring sample respectively, and discusses the maximum likelihood estimation of parameter and approximate interval estimation based on asymptotic normality. In the end,this paper produces samples by the Monte-Carlo method,and calculates the maximum likelihood estimations and approximate interval estimations of parameters under different situation by Newton iteration method.
