摘要 在油气生产过程中,由于产量较低时,设备运行负荷较低,设备能耗较大。为了降低设备能耗,提出变频运行技术,但变频器运行时,对电网产生谐波。变频器产生的谐波对供电电网形成电磁干扰,影响电网的供电质量,可使动力设备发热,减少设备使用寿命;谐波的辐射会产生无线电干扰,影响在线数据的传输。为了解决以上问题,采用了YH-8010有源滤波器。经现场测试验证,其能有效抑制对低压配电网的污染,改善配电网的供电电能质量,进而达到保护设备安全,延长设备寿命和配电网节能降耗的目标。 In the process of oil and gas production,the equipment is very energy-intensive when production capacity is low.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the equipment,the frequency conversion technology is proposed.However,when the converter is running,the harmonics wave be generated in the power grid.The harmonic wave produced by the frequency converter can bring interference to power grid,affect the quality of power supply,heat the power equipment and reduce the lifetime of equipment.The harmonic wave radiation will cause wireless interference and affect the transmission of online data.In order to solve the above problems,the YH-8010 active filter wave equipment is adopted.Through field test,the equipment can effectively depress the pollution to power distribution network with low voltage,improve the power supply quality if power grid,and further achieve the protection of the equipment,extension of the equipment lifetime and energy saving and consumption reducing of the power grid.
