摘要 油田开发进入特高含水期,随着挖潜余地变小,原油生产的成本不断上升,为了节能降耗,降低开发成本,在集输油系统推广常温集输,控制掺水温度和掺水量,因现场没有掺水计量设施,单井掺水量调整后,其余油井的掺水量将随之发生变化,系统压力较难调整;转油站冬夏季用气量变化幅度大,现有天然气计量工艺复杂、流量计数量多且维护工作量大;加热炉更换火嘴及加装加热炉防炉管超温防爆安全检测保护装置分步改造难度大;外输油计量不够准确。分别采取有针对性措施解决上述问题,保证年节气规模880×104m3/a,节电规模600×104k Wh的目标。 The exploitation of oil field has entered the era of extra high water cut.Along with the shrinkage of the digging potential,the production cost of crude oil increases substantially.In order to achieve energy saving and consumption reducing,development cost reducing,this paper adopts normal temperature gathering and transport in oil gathering and transport system,volume and temperature of water mixed is controlled.Since there is no metering device of water mixed on site,after the adjustment of water mixed volume of single well,the water mixed volume of other wells will be changed accordingly,which brings difficulty to adjust system pressure.The gas consumption of oil transfer station is very different between winter and summer.Current gas metering process is very complex and the volume metering and maintenance work load is large.It is difficult to change nozzles of heating furnace and install over-temperature explosion-proof safety detection and protection device of the heating furnace tube.It is imprecise when metering export oil.For the problems above,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures to solve them,which achieves annual gas saving by 880×104m3/a and power saving by 600×104k Wh.
