摘要
研究了柑青醛直接水合制备新铃兰醛反应过程。采用CT-500阳离子交换树脂作为催化剂;工艺开发中,采用固定床反应器,考查不同条件下(如温度、溶剂用量、醛水比等)对产品合成过程的影响。结果表明:当反应条件为温度85℃,反应时间24 h时,柑青醛、水、异丙醇的质量比为1∶1.5∶4.5,反应流率为0.368 m L/s时,柑青醛的转化率达76.95%,新铃兰醛的收率为73.72%。
The synthesis of Lyral by direct hydration reaction of Myrac aldehyde with CT -500 cation exchange resin as catalyst was studied. The influences of temperature, dosage of solvent and ratio of Myrac aldehyde vs water, etc. on direct hydration reaction of Myrac aldehyde by fixed bed reactor was investigated. Better conditions for reaction were identified. The results showed that the Myrac aldehyde conversion rate was 76.95% , and yield of Lyral was 73.72% when temperature of reaction is 85 ℃, time of the reaction is 24 h, the mass ratio of Myrac aldehyde vs water vs isopropyl a/cobol is 1 : 1.5:4.5 and flow rate of reaction is 0. 368 mL/s.
