东江源区水生态监测与保护研究基地规划设想

Planning Assumptionof Eco-monitoring and Protection Base in Dongjiang Source Region

江西省先后成为首批国家生态文明先行示范区、生态文明试验区建设,随后习近平总书记嘱托江西打造生态文明样版。由此,江西省开启了水生态文明建设新征程。东江源区因是广东、江西、深圳、大亚湾等地的重要水源与生态屏障,香港东深供水工程的主要水源而备受社会各界关注。依托国家的利好政策、源区良好的水文监测研究基础、大量的水文水生态研究成果以及强烈的社会需求,结合水生态文明理念,对野外自动监测系统、实验研究系统、应用研究系统、支撑保障系统等4个方面的内容进行具体规划,以期为水生态文明建设及规划提供借鉴。

Jiangxi province became the first national demonstration zone and text construction of eco -civilization, and then be a modl- eprovince of eco - civilization had been raised by general secretary xi. Dongjiang source region has attracted many attentions because it is the important water source and ecological barrier for Guangdong, Jiangxi, Shenzhen and DayaBay, also it is the major source for Dong- Shen Water Supply System in Hong Kong. Depending on good national policies, good research foundations of hydrological monitoring in source area, lots of research results of hydrology and water ecology, a strong social demand, this paper combined with water eeo - civi- lization conceptto plan four aspects, such as automatic field monitoring system, experimental system, applied system and support sys- tem, which had provided references for water eco - civilization construction and planning.
