摘要 在传统设计理论和结构模式的基础上,对比分析国内外现有安全阀结构,结合结构设计的特点,提出具有直动式结构和差动式结构的双级过载保护安全阀的设计思想,通过对双级过载保护安全阀差动式结构的建模及动态特性仿真分析,可以得出这种设计的新型安全阀满足设计要求,并且通过调整不同结构参数得到其对安全阀动态特性的影响:安全阀输出压力随弹簧刚度增加而增大,稳态调整时间减小;随差动面积减少而减小,稳态调整时间增大,出现等幅震荡;随进口横截面积增加而增大并呈发散;增大阻尼,动态响应特性提高.阀芯质量对安全阀输出压力影响不大,但振幅随其减小而减少. This paper carried out comparative analysis of the existing structure of safety valve domestic and international based on traditional theory of design and structure model, and put forward the design idea of overload protection safety valve with twin-stage which was directly drive structure or actuator structure combined. with the characteristics of physical design. Through the model on actuator structure of overload protection safety valve with twin-stage and emulation analysis about dynamic behaviour, the conclusion shows that the new design about safety valve can satisfy the requirement of design. And its influence on the dynamic characteristics of the safety valve is obtained by adjusting different parameters: safety valve output pressure increases with the increase of spring stiffness, and the steady-state adjustment time decreases; and it decreases with the differential area decrease, and the steady adjustment time increases, with emergence of concussion; divergence increases with the inlet cross-sectional area increase; the damping is increased and the dynamic response is improved. The quality of the spool has little effect on the safety valve output pressure, but its amplitude decreased.
