摘要
实验通过不同的注塑工艺确认了皮纹表面复制能力与皮纹板表面光泽度的关系,并考察了三种纯的共聚PP以及两种共聚PP/POE共混物的皮纹表面光泽度。实验采用二次元对皮纹表面的花纹进行观察,并采用SEM对样品的橡胶相形貌进行了分析。结果表明,熔体对皮纹复制能力越好,皮纹板表面光泽度越低;皮纹复制能力与材料中橡胶相含量和橡胶相粒径有关,橡胶相含量越低,橡胶相粒径越小,熔体复制皮纹的能力越差,皮纹板表面光泽越高。
The influence of injection parameter on texture surface gloss was confirmed to be related to the replication quality of polypropylene( PP) melt. The textured surface gloss of three Co-PP and two Co-PP/POE blends were investigated. The surface patterns were observed by two dimensional measurement,and the morphology of dispersion phase was analyzed by SEM. The experimental results show that the better replication quality for the mold,the lower surface gloss of the texture. The replication ability of the melt is related to the content and the particle size of rubber. The lower content and smaller particle size of the rubber,the weaker ability to copy the mold texture,which will lead to higher surface gloss of the texture surface.
