摘要
采用毛细管电泳-安培检测法测定了对羟基苯丙酮酸烯醇-酮式互变异构现象。采用以直径为0.3mm的碳微电极为工作电极的三电极系统,分离电压18k V,毛细管长度60cm,电泳液是添加了3mmol/L的β-环糊精溶液的pH=6.60、50mmol/L的磷酸盐缓冲液,两异构体在15min内实现基线分离。
The enol-keto tautomerism of p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid was investigated by capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection. A three electrode system with a carbon microelectrode( i. d. 0. 3 mm)as the working electrode was used. The two tautomers were separated and detected within 15 min at 18 k V of applied voltage and a 60 cm( i. d. 25 μm) length capillary in 50 mmol/L phosphate buffer( pH = 6. 60) including 3 mmol/L β-cyclodextrin.
