某军犬基地犬狂犬病毒抗体监测结果及分析

The monitoring results of the rabies virus antibody and analysis of a army dog base

目的了解某基地军犬接种狂犬疫苗后的免疫效果和抗体保护水平,保障军犬和训导员的健康。方法对某基地的军犬在狂犬疫苗免疫后3个月,随机采取91条军犬的血清用Elisa法进行Ig G抗体检测。结果工作犬免疫合格率为37.31%(25/67),种犬免疫合格率为87.50%(21/24),总体免疫合格率为50.55%。结论种犬免疫合格,但工作犬免疫失败,基地犬群体免疫失败,对免疫不合格的犬需进行补免。

Objective In order to protect the army dogs and dog trainers health,to understand the immune effect of rabies vaccination of dogs after the antibody level of protection. Methods Canine rabies vaccine immunity in 3 months after the antibody sample monitoring for a army dog base, random take 91 dog ＇s serum, antibody detection was carried out with Elisa method. Results The positive rate of immune antibody,the adult dog was 37. 31%（ 25/67）,the breed dog was 87. 50%（ 21/24）.The positive rate of the totality was 50. 55%（ 46/91）. Conclusion The breed dog＇ s immunity was qualified,but the adult dog was unqualified,the dog of totality was unqualified,immunity to unqualified dogs need to vaccination again.
