Surveillance results analysis of soil-transmitted nematode infections in Liaoning Dalian City from 2015 to 2016

摘要 目的了解大连市土源性线虫感染的现状,为土源性线虫防治提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法选择调查点,收集居民粪便,采用改良加藤厚涂片法(一粪二检)检查粪便中土源性线虫卵;采用透明胶纸肛拭法检查12岁以下儿童蛲虫卵。结果共调查6 009人,共有25人粪便中查到土源性线虫卵,感染率为0.42%,包括蛔虫卵、鞭虫卵和两种混合感染。结论大连市土源性线虫感染率明显降低,应继续加强健康教育,加强粪便管理,以彻底消除土源性线虫感染。 Objective To understand the prevalence status of geohelminthes in Dalian City,offer scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods Monitoring sites were chosen using the method of random sampling. Faeces was collected and soil-transmitted nematode ova was detected by using Kato-Katz thick-smear method; ova of pinworm was detected for children under 12 years old by using cellophane anal swab. Results A total of 6 009 people were investigated. 25 people had soil-transmitted nematode infection( including ascaris eggs and pinworm eggs and the two kinds of mixed infection). The infection rate was 0. 42%. 32 people had roundworm infectious. Conclusion Soil-transmitted nematode infections rate of Dalian was reduced. It is suggested to carry out health education. Faeces shoud be managed with innocent treatment to elimate soil-transmitted nematode infection.
