摘要
目的调查食物中毒发生的原因,为此类食物中毒的预防提供科学措施。方法采用卫生学、流行病学现场调查法,同时结合临床症状以及实验室检测结果,确定食物中毒发生的原因。结果此次食物中毒共发病2人,死亡1人。根据毒物快速检测定性和定量试验,此次事件为误服亚硝酸盐引起的食物中毒事件。结论根据流行病学、卫生学调查资料结合临床症状及实验室检测结果,判定此次事件为误服亚硝酸盐引起的食物中毒事件。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning,to provide scientific measures for the prevention of food poisoning. Methods Application of hygienic epidemiology site investigation combined with clinical symptoms and laboratory test results,determine the cause of food poisoning. Results A total of 2 people were sickened in the investigation,and 1 deaths. A rapid qualitative and quantitative test was conducted according to poison,the event was a food poisoning caused by nitrite nitrite. Conclusion Based on epidemiological investigation data combined with clinical symptoms and laboratory test results,determination of the event as a food poisoning caused by nitrite.
