Motive System for College Students' Entrepreneurship in Science and Technology

大学生科技创业动力系统包含内部动力系统和外部动力系统,目前受内外部多种因素的影响导致大学生科技创业动力不足。推动大学生科技创业发展要以激发大学生动力为突破口,强化政府、社会、高校和家庭多元协同,构建一体化的外部动力系统;以知行合一为导向,形成"知、情、意、行"相统一的内部动力系统;同时协调处理好内外动力系统的关系,发挥整体合力。

The motive system for college students＇entrepreneurship in science and technology is composed of internal and external motive systems.Recently,affected by many factors,this system is a bit sluggish.The development of college students entrepreneurship should start with the stimulation of their motivation.An integrated external motive system can be constructed by coordinating government,society,colleges and families while an internal motive system can be constructed by combining knowledge and application.Meanwhile,the relationship between these two sub-systems should be well treated to exert the overall force.
