论免费师范生基层就业困境的破解——基于社会主义核心价值观的引导

Solution to the Employment Problem of State-funded Normal School Graduates

我国教育事业仍存在区域间发展不平衡、教育资源分布不均等问题,东西部及城乡间在教育水平、教学条件、师资建设等方面差异较大,教育公平有待提高。免费师范毕业生到基层就业人数较少、积极性较低,不利于促进教育公平。高等学校作为免费师范生思想政治教育的主阵地,要以社会主义核心价值观为引领,将思想政治教育融入就业指导工作中,通过思想政治理论课、文化建设、实践教学等途径,引导免费师范毕业生自觉到基层终身从教、建功立业。

In China,the development of education in different areas differ from each other and the allocation of education resources is uneven,education equality should be further enhanced.There are still discrepancies in such aspects as education quality,teaching condition,teaching personnel construction between the East and the West,urban and rural areas.Few state-funded normal school graduates are willingly working in rural areas,which will aggravate education equality.Universities,being the major place to implement ideological and political education,should integrate ideological and political education with career planning guidance,guided by socialist core values.Through ideological and political theory courses,cultural construction,practical teaching and other means,colleges should try to enhance the concerned students＇willingness to work in rural areas.
